DSR Leasing Refund Policy

At DSR Leasing, we are committed to providing transparent and fair policies for our customers. Our refund policy outlines the terms for cancellations, refunds, and deposit transfers under our Service Order agreement. Please review the details below to understand your rights and obligations.

Refund Policy Details

This Service Order constitutes a binding agreement between all parties. DSR Leasing commits to locating and obtaining the above-described vehicle to the best of its abilities. Once the vehicle is located and obtained, the Buyer/Lessee commits to purchasing or leasing it as specified. The hold deposit (applied to the down payment) and service fee, collectively referred to as ‘transaction fees,’ are subject to the same refund and transfer terms.

Key Terms

  • Binding Commitment: Once the vehicle is located and obtained, the Buyer/Lessee agrees to purchase or lease the vehicle as outlined in the Service Order.
  • Refund Eligibility: In the event the Buyer/Lessee's credit application is declined or DSR Leasing cannot deliver the vehicle per the agreed terms and date, all transaction fees (including service fee and hold deposit) will be refunded within 72 hours.
  • Transaction Fee Processing: Transaction fees are processed immediately upon obtaining all signatures.
  • Non-Refundable Cases: Should the Buyer/Lessee cancel this Service Order, refuse delivery, or misrepresent creditworthiness, the transaction fees become non-refundable but may be transferred to another vehicle of the Buyer/Lessee's choice.
  • Hold Deposit: The hold deposit is non-refundable once the vehicle is obtained or credit approval is secured, as it applies toward the down payment and compensates for sourcing efforts.

Chargeback Requests

Chargeback requests may occur when a customer disputes transaction fees (service fee or hold deposit) with their credit card company, typically after services have been rendered, such as vehicle sourcing, order processing, or delivery attempts. We kindly request that customers address any concerns directly with us to avoid such disputes. In cases where chargebacks are initiated for transactions where services have been provided, DSR Leasing may pursue legal action or seek a judgment to recover damages in the jurisdiction specified in the Service Order agreement. Please note that damages sought may exceed the transaction fees to account for losses, including reduced vehicle allocations from manufacturers and increased merchant processing fees for future transactions, as is common in the automotive industry. To resolve any issues, we encourage you to contact us or submit a refund request using the form below.

Credit Information and Documentation

The Buyer/Lessee certifies that all provided credit information is true, correct, and complete. You agree to furnish any required bank documents or statements to DSR Leasing, the dealership, or financial institutions to complete the approval process.

Third-Party Delays and Performance

DSR Leasing utilizes its best efforts in performance; however, due to various factors and third-party involvement, it cannot guarantee a specific vehicle (unless factory-ordered) or particular outcomes. Buyer/Lessee acknowledges DSR Leasing is not responsible for delays from dealers, lenders, DMV services, vehicle transport companies, client actions, or other third parties.

Governing Law and Jurisdiction

The parties hereby agree that this agreement was entered into the County of San Bernardino, State of California and that all services and obligations to be rendered by either party are to be provided in said County. This agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of California, without reference to the rules of conflicts of the laws thereof. All parties hereby submit themselves to the personal jurisdiction of the State and Federal courts located in the State of California and further agree that the proper venue for any action arising from, related to or in connection with this Agreement shall be in the County of San Bernardino, California, USA.
