How Custom Sourcing Works

- Step 2: We locate and reserve up to 3 vehicles that match your criteria.
- Step 3: We dig into special leases, uncover hidden manufacturer incentives, and firm up arrangements with the dealer.
- Step 4: These vehicles are held for you until the End of Business Day.
Key Agreement Terms
- Non-Refundable: The $195 is a fee for the labor of sourcing, reserving, and negotiating. It is not a refundable deposit.
- Reservation Policy: We can hold up to 3 vehicles at a time to allow you to make a decision without losing the car.
- Timeliness: Reservations and quotes expire at the Close of Business on the day they are presented.
- Applied Credit: Upon successful purchase/lease, the $195 is fully credited to the final invoice.

What does "End of Business Day" reservation mean?
Because our deals are aggressive, inventory moves fast. We lock in the vehicle for you for the day so you have time to decide. If you wait until tomorrow, we may need to source a new (similar) unit.
