Consultation

Vehicle Selection & Quoting

We clarify your budget, timeline, and vehicle specs.
Standard: You receive email quotes on our listings.
Retainer: We locate 3 specific cars, reserve them until Close of Business, and present firm numbers.

Commitment

Locking the Deal

Once you select a vehicle, we send a Service Order via DocuSign. You pay the $795 Concierge Fee (if you paid a retainer, the $195 is credited here, so you only pay the balance). This officially takes the car off the market.

Approval

Credit & Logistics

You complete a secure online credit application. We process this with the dealership and bank. Approvals for qualified buyers often take less than 1 hour.

Delivery

Sign & Drive

We coordinate the contract (often e-sign) and delivery. You can pick up the vehicle at one of our partner network dealers, or we can arrange transport to your driveway.

When is the $795 fee due? +

The $795 Service Fee is due only when we have found the car, you have approved the numbers, and you are ready to proceed with the credit application. It is paid via secure link in our DocuSign agreement.

Does the Retainer ($195) cost extra? +

No. The $195 sourcing retainer is 100% credited toward the final $795 fee. It is simply a way to prioritize your search and reserve vehicles.

Can you handle factory orders? +

Yes. If you want to build a specific car from scratch, we manage the allocation with the dealer, track the build, and lock in programs where applicable. The process starts with the $795 fee to secure the order slot.

How fast is delivery? +

If the car is in stock locally, we can often deliver in 24-48 hours. Out-of-state transfers typically take 5-10 days depending on trucking availability.
