How does DSR Leasing work?
We're a new car leasing brokerage and concierge service handling everything from A to Z. We partner with dealers nationwide for better discounts by eliminating salespeople and commissions. We charge a flat $795 fee, pass all savings to you, and deliver the car—no haggling or hours at dealerships.
What’s your fee? When do I pay it?
We charge a flat $795 concierge fee. It covers locating the car, negotiating discounts, coordinating bank approval, and handling delivery. It is included in the drive-off amount. No hidden add-ons or markups.
Are the lease payments on your website final?
No. Website pricing is an example for base models. Final payments depend on MSRP/options, mileage allowance, local tax/registration, bank programs/credit, and delivery fees. Contact us for customized quotes.
What credit score do I need?
We assume top-tier credit (680+ for picky banks; 700+ ideal). Improving your score qualifies for better rates. For luxury/high-dollar leases, a strong co-signer or larger down payment may be needed if jumping from lower-value vehicles.
How do trade-ins or negative equity work?
We buy cars nationwide and pay off lenders. Provide VIN, mileage, payoff, and photos—we get bids and compare buyout vs. market value. Negative equity can be rolled in but increases payment.
How does LeasePass work?
LeasePass is optional for early exit. After 12 payments, you can walk away—they buy out the lease (no hardship needed). Wear/mileage rules apply; deduct $0.15/mile overage. Restrictions: <$100k price, no EVs, ≤40 months.
Why does wheel size matter?
Large wheels (21–23”) use pricier XL tires that wear faster (~20k miles) and cost $2,000+ to replace. They may be staggered (no rotation). Opt for smaller wheels or add wear protection to avoid surprises.
🔹 Lease Terms and Payments
What affects my payment?
Your payment is a formula based on vehicle/structure (MSRP, discounts, residual, term, miles), your deal profile (credit, money factor, down payment, equity, tax), and extras (protection, maintenance, shipping, rebates). Rule of thumb: Every extra $1,000 in cap cost changes payment by $15–$20/month.
(Use this quick guide to compare scenarios and understand levers like higher residual or lower money factor.)
How does mileage affect the lease?
10k vs. 12k vs. 15k miles/year changes residual value, slightly raising payment for more miles. We offer programs with buffers to avoid overage fees.
What is residual value?
Residual is the car's projected end-of-lease value. Higher residual (e.g., from shorter term or fewer miles) lowers your payment since you pay less depreciation.
Do demo vehicles get better deals?
Yes, demos often have pre-discounted mileage and better payments. They're easier to source at higher trims—if flexible on "new vs. demo," you save money.
🔹 Vehicle Build & Inventory
How do colors and packages affect availability?
Some combos (e.g., specific colors with hitch/bench/assist/climate) are rare. Packages like black optic/M-sport may limit options. Flexibility on one feature speeds up sourcing.
Can you source vehicles from other states?
Yes, from our nationwide network. Transport costs $300–$900 based on distance. Out-of-state may require a deposit.
How long does delivery take?
Local in-stock: a few days. Out-of-state: 5–14 days. Custom builds: factory-dependent.
🔹 Ownership & End-of-Lease
What about warranty and maintenance?
Full factory warranty applies (e.g., 4 years/60k miles). Maintenance varies by brand (e.g., some include oil changes). Service at any authorized dealer; independents for routine work.
What happens at the end of the lease?
Buy it out, turn it in, or swap to a new one. Some programs waive turn-in fees/extra miles when leasing again through us.
What if I want to end the lease early?
Penalties apply for traditional early termination. LeasePass allows buyout after 12 payments. Extensions possible (e.g., 30/90/180 days at original payment).
