Lease Buyout Rules
Infiniti Financial Services allows the original lessee to purchase the vehicle at lease-end.
- No Third-Party Buyouts Since July 2021, third-party buyouts (e.g., by CarMax, Carvana, or non-Infiniti retailers) are not permitted. You must buy the vehicle yourself first.
- Dealer Process Required: Buyouts must be processed through an authorized Infiniti retailer. Customers cannot send a check directly to complete the buyout.
- Fees: A purchase option fee (typically up to $500) may apply.
